1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of the KYC verification process (see Section 11). Requests made from unverified accounts will be held pending verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment channel as the corresponding deposit where possible. 6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for Gold VIP-tier members. Standard and Silver members are subject to daily withdrawal limits as specified in their respective tier terms.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits are subject to a 25× wagering requirement on welcome bonuses and20× wagering requirement on reload bonuses before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of bonus credit, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company employs detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing systematically opposite bets to reduce effective risk on bonus funds, or using low-contribution game categories to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the kiss888 Platform operate under the rules specified within each individual game interface. By participating in any game, you accept those rules in their entirety. The following general provisions apply to all gameplay:

• 8.1 The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes, as applicable. The Company does not alter game outcomes.

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or lopholes in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering through deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Company staff or other players via any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gambling

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiss888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or service interruption. The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, and scheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. Advance notice of maintenance will be provided where reasonably practicable.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kiss888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
